Black Dollar Label Returns and Exchanges Policy


Returns:
* We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
* Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges:
* Due to dropshipping, we cannot facilitate direct exchanges. You can return your unwanted item(s) and place a new order for the desired size or color.


Non-returnable items:

* Sale or clearance items and personalized products cannot be returned.

How to Return an Item:
* Contact Black Dollar Label customer service at info@BlackDollarLabel.com with your order number and the items you want to return.

* We'll provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.


Refunds:
* Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our policy, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
